We were looked after very well by everyone at Trennick Mill during a family gathering over lunchtime. Couldn't fault the place!Well done Trennick Mill and thank you.

Lovely place overlooking the River Truro (Fal) Friendly staff amazing food, a lovely place to visit and enjoy

Excellent food, great service. Extremely helpful in ANY situation and very friendly staff. Recommended to any.

Visited here this morning with my sister and our two 3 year old children. For a restaurant that is situated opposite a children's park and that appears child and family friendly offering some sort of play equipment inside for children, having high chairs and an ice cream counter inside this restaurant is definitely not child friendly! I have never experienced such appalling customer service and rudeness in my life. we were asked to leave after purchasing our drinks if our 3 year old children could not be quiet. They were not even badly behaved just excited as young children are.The manager who spoke to us was rude and abrupt making us feel very uncomfortable and disappeared into the kitchen straight after leaving her members of staff to deal with the consequences of her awful customer service skills. An elderly couple sat next to us who witnessed it also felt uncomfortable with how we were treated and reassured us that they had no problem with the kids. I would never ever go here again and would advise any parents with young children to avoid it. To add to it the milk was completely burnt in the lattes we ordered. Having both me and my sister worked in hospitality for years I would suggest the staff need more training on their coffee making and customer service skills.

I visit this wonderful place on a regular occasion I love popping in and trying the amazing variety of homemade cake whilst walking the dog. I visited on Sunday and treated myself to a Sunday lunch which was definitely worth it's money, fresh vegetables, lovely tender beef and perfect Yorkshire puddings! Considering the amount of people in the tearoom on Sunday the food was outstanding. Reading some of the reviews on here is disappointing because I enjoy going every time and have never had a bad word to say. Maybe some people just go out to moan I'm not sure. Of course I'll be back!!
