Very professional but relaxed. Antoinette is very knowledgeable about the different treatments and what suits you best.
I went to book an appointment with only certain times available due to college, but she was so lovely and made sure that I got all my patch testing done and my appointment booked for 2 weeks time, even though it was so close to Christmas. I turned up not knowing what to expect, but it was such a relaxing atmosphere and a nice, clean, pretty salon. She made sure I knew what was going on, and put me completely at ease. I would highly recommend.
