I'm not vegetarian or vegan but my friend is. The food was nice even for a meat eater as I love goats cheese! There was a vegan cheese option too.

Perfect poached eggs, peaceful and relaxed place with holistic activities and a veggie and vegan menu, fresh healthy juices, lovely staff.
Fantastic food. Many choices for people with special diets/allergies. Gluten-free bread for sandwiches and yummy GF scones and sweets. Food is lovingly prepared to order. We had the full tea which was delicious and quite filling. This is a must-go-to place!!
We happened to stumble upon this place while searching for gluten free tea, and what a miracle it was! We are a group with quite a few food restrictions, including gluten, diary, nightshades, soya, etc, and all 3 of us had to take food to go because there was so much we could eat. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free - you name it, she's got it. We could not have been more appreciative of her knowledge and questioning of all the ingredients. Not only that, but I wanted to try one of the other sandwiches that had cheese and am dairy free, so she whipped up a tiny bit of the filling sans cheese so I could partake in what the rest of my family was eating. If we lived in Truro, we would come back for all the classes and workshops in addition to the delicious food and drink. If we are ever back in the area, we know exactly where we will be stopping!
