I never go into kwik fit without feeling that I could have paid less and got better service at an independent but they are open on a Sunday.
Kwik Fit Truro were very helpful. A concern about brake pads was addressed by a free wheels off brake check. Great customer service.
Had two front tyres fitted followed by a tracking check - good and prompt service. This would have been rated at five stars but the near side front lost pressure and had to be returned. The tyre was resealed and a new valve fitted, solving the problem.
I was dubious of using a main brand garage like kwik fit however Matt and the team were brilliant. They phoned to keep me informed of everything and were amazing with the cost of the repairs. Will definatley be making this our new go to garage for all our car needs in the future. Very impressed thank you!
My car's oil light came on and this was the closest garage. They took my car in and diagnosed the issue (it was nothing serious) and didn't charge me a penny! Really great service and the complimentary hot drinks were nice too.
