Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff. Some great offers in the Sales. Regarding cafe had bug mug yummy White Hot Chocolate, needed after a good clothes shop. Soup very yummy too. But had friend who was gluten free & not much choice 4 her. Maybe time of day. But staff lovely in there too.
M&S cafe upstairs - had a lovely all day breakfast. Unfortunately my eggs were cold when they came out, but the staff were very helpful and provided a full fresh plate of food quickly. Would definitely recommend for a bite to eat and a drink while around that area in Truro.
It's instantly recognisable as M&S which is a good thing, as you will find the usual merchandise. There are good clothing ranges, a food hall and even in the run up to Christmas they were doing a good job of keeping the checkout wait quite short. It is a short walk from the city centre, close to parking and has a decent restaurant.
Love this store, helpfully, can't do enough for you. Fabulous, amazing team. Nothing to much trouble. Will always return there. Thank you so much for a fab experience
Having visited the store yesterday with my husband looking for clothes for him. We returned today with a different prospective. Wandering around we asked a sales assistant called Ann for help, she was fantastic, we left with a feeling of elation as she had fulfilled all our needs. She saved us some money by signing us up to a sparks card. Brilliant. A pleasant shopping experience.
