As usual I got a very warm welcome on my arrival to see Nicky. I felt very relaxed having my treatment with Nicky.Not the shaking leafI was. The team at Pure Dental have really restored my faith in dentists. Please keep up the excellent work
I visited the practice for the extraction of an upper wisdom tooth. I need not have been nervous. Alan explained the potential risks involved, but took care to set me at ease.The procedure was quick and painless and carried out with great skill. I didn't even notice the tooth was already out!! The next day I received a follow-up phone call to check I was okay.Five stars to Pure Dental!
Late because of the traffic and no parking place! Didn't seem to worry Alan who I met for the first time - why is it that dentists look younger than policemen? He rejigged his appointments so I could wait on the pavement for a space or the traffic warden, whichever came first. As for the teeth, I received a mild reprimand, which I acted on, and we agreed a plan for the future
Friendly, professional team of dentists who are each specialists in their own field. Nice modern practice with 3D imaging on site and parking right outside.Being able to watch video of yr choice during treatment is a welcome distraction, not that you need it as its all pretty pain/stress free anyway here. Im a new customer here as my previous dentist retired but very happy with the treatment and will be having an implant soon and have faith in them to do a great job. Its not cheap - no dentists are - but if feels like you are getting advice from a highly experienced team which is what really counts.
As always, friendly and very professional staff and a relaxing experience - well, as relaxing as a visit to the dentist could ever be. Definitely, the best dental practice I've ever visited.
