Good disabled parking, aisles are a little to narrow for my mobility scooter (which is small). Must be a policy to keep disabled shoppers from... you know actual buying things. Saved me a fortune!!!

Great range of products to give everyone some shopping pleasure! Good prices on many products and if you find cheaper elsewhere they often price match. Helpful staff made our shop a great experience. Easy free parking, cafe and toilets!
Staff are very hit and miss with being friendly or indeed even noticing you at all. Largely they are brilliant, especially the lady upstairs in the cafe. Always a comfortable place to go feed my baby as get some god quality stuff, the range of picture frames they have is ideal. Could definitely do with more pet stuff and not just the usual dog, some more cat stuff and less common pets would be great!
What's not to love about the range? We were on holiday and working through our wedding plans when I spotted something that we needed on the website. We drove the short journey to Truro and bought exactly what we needed with no issues. The store was fully stocked with a big selection of items and staff were polite and helpful.
