I have for the last 2 days tried to register here. I have all the documentation printed off and completed before hand, was very organised. Sent away by staff the first time to come back the next day - only to find they are closed (it says they are open in Google)Lady came in and said nothing we can do and that you shouldnt have been told to come in, asked when would be a good time to do so, was very dismissive as Im not on duty now.Very unhelpful and frankly...pathetic!!
Knowledgeable, kind doctors, who are genuinely interested in one's well-being. The support staff are also very good and efficient.
Everything is done under one roof and the doctors are nice even the reception staff are very friendly and helpful.Very clean and well cared for
Very nice looking place, and great patient system. I have moved quite a lot and seen and registered with various GP's but unfortunately despite how big the place is, it has been the worst for GP's. Wait is slow even when you are pretty much the first appointment, but the main problem was the GP just wasn't interested ... didn't notice any of my current medical history despite it being on the screen as I have access to it as well or really take note of anything at all .... maybe a bad day? or morning .... either way just got fobbed off to someone else. If other appointments are better will update.
We are really happy with our doctor at Lander. We always seem to get appointments relatively quickly. Having a pharmacy on site is pretty great too. I guess if I had to complain about anything it would be that the car park is a bit too small. So you want to get there early to ensure you get a space.
