'Salesman Dan' was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Not pushy at all, gave us the info we required and left us to it until we were ready. Customer service was ace.
TERRIBLE! I AM DISTRAUGHT!! DO NOT BUY FROM THE INTERNET!!! I have saved for years to get a new suite and makeover my lounge. It has cost me several thousand pounds. I ordered a 'mushroom' coloured suite. On the website it is brown but it has arrived today and has not the smallest bit of brown in it!!! IT IS GREY!!!! I called the store and they sent someone out and basically told me tough!! The official definition of the colour mushroom is beige/brown with a 'fleck' of grey in it. To say I am distraught is an understatement. My whole room is brown and I have a brand new 700 brown carpet being fitted too! I am devastated and DFS will take no responsibility whatsoever!!
Good selection of suites. Mat the salesman was excellent in helping us make our final choice. We were under no pressure from him at all. He knew the answers to all questions we asked. Any future buys from this store we would definitely seek out Mat's advice.
Salesman (Nathan) gave us time to look around without pressuring us and came to help when we needed it. Great service and good information during order process. We changed our minds about filling so phoned nexf day and lady answering phone at Truro was also very helpful and patient. She checked through the changes and confirmed everything with no issues. Great service and hope the manufacture and delivery service is as good as we've had so far.
