I recently had a Prostrate operation at the Duchy Hospital. carried out By Mr Monro He is a really lovely Person, I was given first class treatment & care by the Hospital staff & the Meals were top of the shop My sincere thanks to the Duchy Hospital, by the way the Trainee nurse who looked after me under the guidance of a nurse was a lovely young girl, she should do well in her training, Please pass on my thanks to her, Yours John E Pascoe
I drove my wife to the hospital for an appointment which was fine. Registered my car while she was being seen with reception as instructed. Now received a parking fine from a company they use for 100. Contacted hospital and they said nothing to do with them. Be careful, it seems you will be charged to attend the hospital. Come on Dutchy hospital, we pay good money to use you, please look after your customers
Had an Angiogram at the Duchy last week (Sat) nurses and staff fantastic, thank you for your care, an excellent service.
I had a consultation today for prospective surgery. I was asked to wait to have an x-ray then go back to see the Consultant. Whilst in the waiting room I was asked by a male employee working in the x-ray office if I would be prepared to come back rather than wait as it could take a while. I said no I will wait. My x-ray and the nature of my visit was discussed in the waiting area in front of other people who heard the conversation. I would like to know what happened to 'Patient Confidentiality;
