I saw an item in the store that I loved but regrettably didnt it buy on the spot. Returned to Australia and contacted the store to purchase the item. They were very helpful in giving me a quote for postage and insurance. I subsequently made an offer which was accepted (hence in my view a binding contract). A week later they reneged on the deal advising me that they would not sell it to me at the price agreed as it wasnt cost effective. Pretty poor.
