Employed coodes as want to change freehold flats to leasehold. Supposed to be "award-winning solicitors".!!! Dont know what the are award winning in. Over a year and STILL waiting for the change from freehold flats to leasehild flats to be completed. Dont get backto us when we ring, email etc. Wouldnot recommend them to anyone one. Bet they will want the money for the work quick enough. Bet THEY wont wait over a year for payment!!!!!
Coodes are very expensive for family law, and quality is variable - on the residency side of divorce the work was good...on the financial side the main interest seemed to be in sending bills and going through the motions! If you are going through a divorce, find a law practice that is less pricey and where they actually answer your emails.
