I went into Velvet Crystal earlier today and was greeted by the incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly Isabelle ( I hope that is spelt right ) I had a bracelet adjusted and the price was amazing and I was very happy with the end product. Thank you Velvet Crystal you never let me down.
