From the booking through to the packing service, all very helpful and personable.On the day of the move we had all the help we could have got from Britannia Lanes, they were super and very quick to get things loaded in an order that worked for us at the other end. I rented a unit for about six weeks, dealing with Laura. Service was A1 and the unit was perfect for my household furniture and boxed items. I accidentally left six bottles of alcohol outside, which Laura found and kept safe (and full!) for 3 weeks, until I was next able to collect them.
