I tried to contact Cornish Bricks via phone (twice) and via e-mail today with regards to viewing a property that they have posted on Rightmove. The website states that the office is open until 10pm but Im not sure how reliable this information is and as yet I have heard nothing. I need to plan this viewing well in advance as it will involve a four hour car journey from where we currently live in Surrey. There are a number of reviews stating how promptly the staff respond - rather disappointed that as a prospective buyer that I havent received the same fast turnaround to my query.
From the moment I made an enquiry to my house selling within 2 days of entering onto the market and when keys were exchanged, Cornish Bricks provided a faultless personal service. I expected as usual to be chasing for viewings and then progress when a sale had been agreed. However, it was Jayne at Cornish Bricks doing the chasing for me and keeping me updated every step of the way. I could not recommend CB highly enough. Thank you so much!
I was only buying from them but Nathan and Jayne always called back when they were busy and that's really important when things are difficult. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend. Forget the purple bricks. You need a good agent when the going gets tough. Thank you
We buy and sell properties all the time and were fed up with paying high fees and not ever getting the service promised! It was so refreshing for an estate agent to deliver on the promises made! The professional photographs were brilliant and really showed our property off. Jayne and Nathan were brilliant, really professional and kept us updated the whole way until we handed the keys over.
