Excellent value for money and the hotel was almost next door to the theatre we were going to. I would definitely use them again.
I am extremely happy to be able to promote and recommend the services of Hotel Direct. Very recently due to a close family member's passing I had to ask for a rescheduling of a Hotel and Theatre break. Although this was not part of their Terms and Conditions due to my personal situation the Team could not have done more to assist me! Their Customer Service team is A1 and it is refreshing in this day and age to find a Company with a heart. Very efficient, considerate and courteous throughout a difficult time. Easy to use site, compared other sites for same theatre and hotel deal and this one seemed the best for what we wanted. Received a confirmation email on booking and then a second email a couple days before to confirm that they had spoken to the hotel and all was ready for us. We had to collect the tickets from the box office and this was very straight forward. Would use again, cant say a bad word about my experience.
