I would highly recommend registering your pet here. The staff are amazing and there is a separate waiting room for cats, which is an excellent idea. There's some lovely art on the walls as well as lots of information about how to recognise specific ailments or tips on how best to look after older pets, for example. If your pet needs to stay for treatment over a few days, you can visit them and the vet very clearly explains what has been done and how best to look after your pet once they are home.
The whole team at City Road always make every visit to the vets a pleasure, everyone is so kind, polite, thoughtful and patient. The care they take is second to none.
Lovely, very friendly practice. Always very good advice on hand any time you phone. I think my dog loves Simon more than me! Reception staff always know me and my dogs name. Good parking.
I have been attending City Road Vets for the last 19 years. During that time they have treated all four of my pets .they are kind, and professional in every way. Easy to make an appointment and see the vet of your choice , although all of them are wonderfull.I have seen the changes in the practice and watched it maintain and improve its high standards of care and improvements in the waiting room and reception areas. It is a very comfortable practice in every way.
