I have been taking my old Volvo to Truro Motor Company for many years now, and they have always been excellent to deal with. Simon the service advisor always keeps me well informed with how work is progressing on my car, and the other day I went to the parts department for a replacement mirror glass, and while it wasn't in stock, Laura had it for me the next morning! Brilliant service
Terrible service. Had an issue with my old 440 that they guaranteed over the phone they would be able to fix. Had it towed to Truro and after an hour came out to see what the mechanic was up to, he had printed out instructions from an online forum and had no idea how to fix it. Complete waste of 160.
