Still waiting on my car after 4 weeks in for a simple repair that was booked at Vospers convenience several weeks ahead. No communication. Poor excuses given without apology when questioned. Can't quite believe this company is recommended by Aviva, I will be following up with them to suggest they are removed from their list in future.
After a service I was told to rebook to get 2 tyres as they only had 1 in stick. After rebooking I waited for 2 hours for them to replace 1 tyre and used my spare on the other side leaving me with a bald spare on the van. I was then told rentals won't replace spares. Reception seemed to take all the flack while everyone else wanders around with no urgency at all. Will put me of buying a Ford.
Poor service and they have not even looked or repaired my van yet!!!Rang on the 28th August to book van in for service and recalls and a overheating problem was told by a nice lady the nearest they could book me in was 6th September, just had a phone call from a very unprofessional lady called Charlotte saying my van cannot be done and I got wait till next Thursday.... The story is longer but shortened for review. I will be complaining higher.UPDATE.....they have had my van a week and still not repaired...they don't even know what's wrong with it!!Mike promised me that Alan the manager would ring me 2 days ago......By the way vospers customer service i emailed you the same time I did first part of review....... How long do I leave it before I contact Ford UK and local media........
Brand new van in 2016, amber warning lights pretty much each month from week 1. Getting through to the services dept is near impossible, no one calls you back, sit on hold for ages and give up. Won't be putting any of the fleet through Vospers again.
Well what can I say, I needed a new van for work and boom I got one here. Excellent support and extremely helpful. I'm so happy with my van. The service is great, I booked it in at short notice, they fitted me in straight away and was done in an hour. It's running smoothly. Highly recommended.
