Booked via telephone helpline. Confirmation sent via email, just awaiting a telephone call to confirm exact time of collection, only to be left a voicemail an hour later to call back. I called back to be told theyve had a sudden run on vehicles and had none left! More likely couldnt be bother doing the 15mile round trip to collect me, seems like a familiar complaint.
I have used the Truro branch of Enterprise on several occasions whilst on holiday; i can only congratulate the staff for the excellent service I have received. The cars have all been presented to a very high standard and the collection and delivery on time and safely driven by friendly drivers.10/10
Hired a car for a week from the Truro branch. We were on holiday in a motorhome - not the best for visiting some of the villages and seaside towns! Picked up and dropped off promptly by friendly and efficient staff. Would thoroughly recommend
