Too high of deposit amounts. Staff was courteous though.
Disgusted !, I returned my van on time and in the same condition as when I picked it up , filled up with fuel ( not that anyone checked !!!) and they have still debited my account - outrageous. No courtesy call to advise, this should not be allowed there was nothing wrong with the van and there is absolutely no reason for taking any more money.
Disgusting company. CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AFTER USING THIS COMPANY. Twice I have hired cars from these people. Twice they have taken money out of my account a few days later. I should hopefully get the money back, but i won't be using this garbage company again. No explanation for taking the money was given. No apology either. THIS IS THEFT.
I hired a Mercedes e330 and what a car that was and Dan who served me was amazing and very kind he's a credit to europcar
Absolutely shocking!!!! Was promised a delivery of my car before 10am as i needed to be out of a holiday let. 11 O'clock still no car, took half an hour to get hold of them on the phone and was told the car had been delivered to another address and the keys had been put through the letter box. Then miraculously the car turns up another 15 mins later with no apology! I will avoid this cowboys in the future!!!!!!!
