I've wanted to start playing the piano/keyboard for a while now. I saw they had a sale on and popped in. I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming they were to me as someone who didn't play any instrument and had absolutely no idea what I was looking for.A chap guided me through what I'd want, not what they wanted to sell for more money etc. So from a newbie perspective they seemed nice, welcoming, knowledgeable and well priced. Definitely recommend.

Had my guitar serviced here, great new strings and came out looking new. Really quick service as well.
If I could give them no stars I would. I took a classic snare in to get a new set of heads fitted and the snare wire changed. I was told that the kid there was an expert, this turned out to be fake news! Got my snare back sounding terrible, hed put two batter heads on and no resonant head, and the new snare wire looked knackered. Several wasted ! Got out of there wth my drum before they could do anymore damage and had it repaired in London at a proper drum place at additional great cost. Sorry city music but I wont be back.
