I called asking a few questions regarding their stock on internal drives due to a failure of my ssd. They had a suitable replacement product for me and even did me a good deal on an additional second hand hdd. The staff are friendly and I had a good chat with them about their work when I went to collect the product since I am an enthusiast when it comes to computer hardware. They are very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and even offered to help me over the phone with installing the new drive should I encounter any issues since it was under weird circumstances for replacing a boot drive. I never do google reviews but I felt the need to for a small and honest business that is good at what they do.

I needed a new computer and these guys came highly recommended by another Cornwall based company so I went to see them with very specific requirements. I was not disappointed, the price was better than the internet for equivalent specification and was delivered with custom created parts that went above and beyond expectations. Their knowledge was first class and prompted me to amend my spec based on their recommendations and even saved me money in the process. The end result is a fully VR ready gaming rig that highlights how bad I am at some games but I look damn good while doing it.
I can agree with some of the reviewers about process: I had a mix up about the size of SSD to install (and the fault is 50-50 theirs and mine), so I had to take it back several times for further work. This could have been avoided by clearer processes. However, Jim is a patient and knowledgeable technician who is willing to see the job through to a satisfactory conclusion, and is flexible and undogmatic in his approach, suggesting a range of possibilities at all points. This is the second time I've used them, and they embody the kind of spirit and willingness that you just don't get from the corporates (who call 3 year old devices 'vintage' and tell you to FO, or buy a new one). Thanks a lot: my iMac will hopefully be useable for another few years, saving me a fortune.
