This an excellent firm of estate agents and, having just sold an apartment through them, I can not recommend them too highly. First Hus ably pitched the property, refreshing the interior photographs on the particulars to attract a new round of interest. Second Hus gave excellent advice on price and during the negotiations with the eventual buyer. Third Hus kept me up to date with viewings and the responses. Finally Hus were supportive and never overbearing during the conveyancing process.A special mention must go to Rebecca who reinvigorated the marketing of the apartment and is an asset to the firm.
