Such an easy company to deal with, originally went out of the way to find us a property when was struggling with having two large dogs and got us a great property to rent thanks to Cameron. Was always easy to communicate with when living and leaving the property aswell thanks to Chole would recommend to anyone treated us fair and even gave back full deposit couldn't praise as much as deserved.
Easiest letting agent I have dealt with, always able to contact via phone, email and in branch, all the staff are able to help and are able to deal with any queries. Initially when I was looking for a property that would accommodate pets, they went above and beyond to help try and find a property. When it came to leaving the property I left before the contract has finished. They managed to source another tenant and informed us as soon as they moved in and refunded the difference. Also gave us all the deposit back as we left the property in a better state than when we first moved in. 10/10 would recommend using Philip Martin as a letting agent.
