Very unprofessional. Staff do not communicate with each other and messages are not passed on. Moving out was made 100x more difficult because of them turning up to show people round without prearranged appointments, and very slow to return deposit.
Awful services. Don't be fooled by fake positive feedback, they over charge and will do nothing to help you. They are the worst in Truro by a long way - AVOID!!!!

We rented through KPS for just under a year. Despite the property we rented being in poor repair with outdated white goods (furnished) they fought for us at every step to get things repaired and replaced. (We had boiler, washing machine, fridge, oven heating element replaced as well as other repairs). They have been absolutely brilliant, contactable and kept us in the loop at all times. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
