Great customer service
I bought a new car from them and it was a good experience. However their servicing department is appalling. Non-responsive and when they do it is unhelpful. I now take my car to an independent garage in Truro which is fantastic. I'd never buy another new Jaguar in Cornwall again due to the lack of aftercare.
Probably good to buy a car from but i have serious concerns over their ability to service and maintain a car safely. Never do you get the full story and rarely do they ring back to explain delays. I have used their VW garage for many years with no problems at all including purchasing new and used cars.Shame but posh coffee can not make up for your failings.
I have frequented this dealership twice now, on my first visit a year ago I remember a lady with dark hair who sits behind the desk in front of the sales pods as being a bit off with a customer she was moaning to me how they expect you do everything for them and the guy needed a pool car with a tow bar, anyway that leads me onto my visit today, car was booked in for a service and I had other minor things I wanted them to look at, the same lady name begins with L, has quite an air of rudeness about her, I went to collect my car today after they had it for the morning and when I asked questions about what the engineers notes were about she was rude, made me feel very uneasy to the point I said I will leave a review and contact the dealer manager. They took two hours to change a set of tyres before, and they are never in any hurry to serve you, 180 min round trip for me today to have a confrontational discussion on collecting my car with this lady. And a large bill for an oil change. I think its about time she realises who the customer is. Very unimpressed from such a major brand, unfortunately they are my nearest jaguar dealer so I really dont want to go back.
I have had good and bad experiences here. Brought my first 'new' car here and the experience was first class. After sales service is poor however. I have been back there trying to have some warranty work carried out. They seem to skirt the issue every single time and come up with some naff excuse for change everything but the issue. I am really tempted not to return. I feel my custom would be better served elsewhere.
